About the Tour
🌳 1. The Foresters
We start our tour at The Foresters, a haven for cask ale, keg beer, and cider. The owner, a former forester himself, has carried the name on with his bar. The pub regularly features 4+ cask ales and 6 keg lines, and they also have a convenient takeaway fridge by the door.
- Please Note: This venue is card only
🍺 2. The Green Man
Next up is The Green Man. Here, the owner is always on hand to serve you and recommend the perfect beer. It's a true enthusiast's spot where you can see directly into the coolroom and watch the cask ales being gravity-poured. Their dedication shows—this pub has won Cider Pub of the Year several times.
- Please Note: This venue is cash only
🏛️ 3. The George and Dragon
A short walk brings us to The George and Dragon. This traditional pub is filled with character, featuring oak beams throughout and a choice of multiple seating areas. It serves 5 cask ales alongside a full keg selection. Be sure to look behind the bar to spot the classic old Watneys signage!
🍻 4. The Parsonage
Directly opposite, you'll find The Parsonage. This venue, which is also a restaurant, is a reliable spot for a classic pint. You can always find Harvey's Sussex Best or Old on cask, along with at least one other guest ale.
🦊 5. The Fox & Finch
Our next stop is another fantastic micropub,
🐻 6. The Grizzly Bear
Finally, as we walk back toward West Worthing Station, we arrive at The Grizzly Bear. This pub focuses on craft beers on keg, as well as wines and cocktails. Don't leave without checking out its quirky secret: the toilets are cleverly hidden behind a bookcase!
- Please Note: This venue is card only
