How do I get to the Venue
Rooms is accessed by going up the stairs in the middle of the Guildbourne centre, (what3words location ///asking.fancy.pads). The venue postcode is BN11 1LZ. It's just a 12 minute walk from Worthing railway station, with town centre bus stops located immediately outside the Chapel Road entrance.
Ticket Details
There will not be any paper tickets this year, we will endeavour to retain some tickets for purchase at the door, but these cannot be guaranteed as venue capacity is limited by fire regulations, so advance purchase is recommended.
There will be three ticketed sessions:
- Friday 23 October: 11:00am – 4:00pm – £10.00
- Friday 23 October: 5:00pm – 11:00pm – £10.00
- Saturday 24 October: 11:00am – 7:00pm – £10.00
The festival is a ticket-only event, with all tickets available to purchase online via the branch website www.aaa.camra.org.uk/wbf or through CAMRA's ticketing platform, Tckty.
CAMRA members receive £10 worth of drinks tokens with their admission. Members purchasing tickets are effectively pre-purchasing £10 of drinks tokens while guaranteeing their place at the festival.
To ensure everyone enjoys the festival in comfort and safety, attendance at each session is limited to 300 people. We strongly recommend booking tickets well in advance to avoid disappointment. Entry on the day may be possible, but only if returned or unsold tickets remain available.
The Beers, Ciders and Perries
Once again, Henry Kirk has curated our beer list, with a particular emphasis on smaller independent breweries.
As always, we are committed to supporting local independent producers while also bringing beers from further afield. This year we are particularly looking forward to showcasing breweries from the Sheffield area, giving visitors the opportunity to sample beers that are rarely available in Sussex.
We currently plan to offer 40+ cask ales, 10 craft Keg/KeyKeg beers and 10 real ciders and perries.
Whether you're a seasoned beer enthusiast or simply looking to discover something new, there will be plenty to tempt your taste buds.
Beer Glasses
There will be no souvenir festival glass this year. Instead, we will be reusing and recycling existing stocks of CAMRA festival glasses.
We therefore ask that you do not take your beer glass home. Reusing our existing glasses is a more environmentally sustainable approach and helps us keep ticket prices as low as possible.
Food and Other Drinks
The Humble Pie Company will once again be serving a delicious range of freshly made pies and other food, including vegetarian and vegan options. Wherever possible, their products are prepared using fresh Sussex ingredients, reflecting our commitment to supporting local independent businesses.
For those who prefer something other than beer or cider, they will also be offering a carefully selected range of wines and other alcoholic drinks.
Please note that purchases from the Humble Pie Company can be made by cash or card. Festival drinks tokens cannot be used at their stand.
Tokens
Beer, Cider and Perry can only be purchased at the bars using tokens.
Tokens are available from the Token Desk, located just inside the entrance. Unused tokens can be refunded for cash up until “TIME” is called at the end of each session, or donated to the festival charity.
We accept cash and Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards (contactless or Chip and PIN) for token purchases, up to a maximum transaction value of £50.
To save us bank charges, card/device payment is preferred.
Note: American Express will not be accepted.
Disabled access and age limitations,
The entrance is up the large staircase in the middle of the Guildbourne Centre. If you need step-free access, there is an entrance on level 2 of the High Street Multi-storey car park. The car park lifts, operated by the council, are available 08:00-18:00. The car park is open 24h and has a 10 minute grace period which allows people to be dropped off on level 2, by the entrance. You can find this just to the left of the lift doors, you will see a large R pointing to the step-free entrance.
Please note that no-one under the age of 18 is permitted; this includes babies and young children. Dogs (except assistance dogs) will not be permitted.
Festival charity
We are proud to support our local veterans' charity, Care for Veterans, a Royal Star & Garter Home, dedicated to providing specialist care and support for veterans and their families in Worthing and across our group.
Care for Veterans offers residential nursing care, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, day care, and wellbeing services, helping veterans live with dignity, independence, and the best possible quality of life.

Smoking & Vaping
It is a requirement of the venue that smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the festival venue (including the terrace), within any enclosed areas of the Guildbourne Centre, or anywhere in the adjacent High Street Multi-Storey Car Park. Visitors wishing to smoke or vape should use the designated outdoor smoking area – please ask at the Token Desk for directions.
